The manager completely lied to us about having to use a credit card, when we said we’d book a car 5 days previously with a debit card she said they changed the rules today, how convenient and clearly a lie. We went to the other hertz location in Santa Barbara and had no problem at all, as well as a good laugh with this sign on the desk.
Thank you Beverly for helping us in a stressful time. A+ customer service when our day was not going our way. Thank you for making our Babymoon travel a little easier

Avoid like the plague
Easy check in and check out. The location was close to home. We got a really good price through Priceline.. Had to use the car for a couple days while my car was in the shop.
