Terrible service & terrible attitudes. I'm shocked Hilton allows them in their hotel!
Great customer service! The fellow that helped us was Omar, and he went above and beyond expectation in helping us. He helped us understand the rental process and we didn't have to wait long. Car was very nice and very clean.
I would give them 0 if I could. We made a reservation for a car for my mother in law’s 70th birthday celebration that was confirmed. We show up to get the car and they didn’t have a car to give us and they had 3 other people on the “waiting list” with the same experience. On top of that, he couldn’t help us locate a car at a different location. He said we could just call around and figure it out. It was frankly embarrassing and unacceptable. The Hilton should be embarrassed as well as they are being poorly represented.
