I reserved a car online from this location, and once they sent me an email confirming my reservation, I booked a whole day of work meetings in Sacramento on the basis that I would have a car to get there. But when I arrived at Hertz the next day, the guy told me they actually had no car for me. I had a fantastic experience at Hertz in San Rafael, thanks to Fernando. From the moment we walked in, he was super warm and welcoming. He processed our rental quickly and efficiently, without trying to push any unnecessary insurance options on us. Fernando took the extra time to show us around the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable before we left. As we departed, he shook my hand with a warm smile, which really made the whole experience feel personal and positive. Couldn’t have been better-five stars!
I love this Hertz location. Always taking care of my needs. Fast and simple. But get there early because they can run out of vehicles. But not to worry they are really good about giving you a different vehicle.
They overcharge for no reason when I returned at this location. I recommend the SFO location. better customer service over there. The employees here are all miserable and suck. Replace everyone
