I had an excellent experience at Hertz. Jessica was amazing — friendly, professional, and very helpful in making the rental process quick and easy. I’ll definitely rent from this location again.

My experience has always been good with Hertz if there’s a car available the day I have my pickup. The people at the front desk are always nice and make the process pretty easy. However, In my experience of trying to rent a car from Hertz, it has always been a hit or miss. They message you last moment that the car is sold out after sending number of messages that you have a reservation and what not. 3 out of 5 times I’ve booked a car with them, they say they are sold out the day I am going to pick that up. Terrible experience at Hertz on San Marcos's S Guadalupe Street. The staff here is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They don’t seem to care about customers at all. I had a particularly bad experience with Dylan, who was rude and dismissive the entire time. Instead of trying to assist or resolve issues, he acted like helping customers was a burden. It’s disappointing to see this level of service from such a well-known company. I’d recommend avoiding this location if you want a smooth, respectful rental experience.

Called them to ask if they have cars available if I reserve for the next day. They confirmed and the next day I drove down there they had nothing
