I booked at a competitor and they had overbooked and had no cars available for me. Hertz Penske was able to rent me a car the day of my trip. I will be a repeat customer.
I just contacted Hertz in San Clemente. Apparently the man on the phone says he was the owner. I contacted them to change out my vehicle because I need an SUV as I was given a small compact vehicle from Hertz. I briefly explained what I wanted to do and he rudely assumed that I knew where to find my contract number. I said excuse me, I don’t work for you and I don’t know where that number is. He says you’re being rude and I’m a franchise so I’m hanging up on you. Guess what? He hung up on me! Wow! What horrible service these... read more
Super courteous and accommodating. Car was very clean and ready when I arrived. Paperwork took a very few minutes, all was prepared in advance. Took the time to explain vehicle's features. Great experience.
