I rented a car for a one-way trip and had this location as the drop-off. I understood they had odd hours, as I've rented here before. My drop-off time was for 4 p.m. I showed up beforehand, and no one showed up. I stuck around well past 4 p.m., thinking maybe they were running late. I had to call the corporate number to let them know that the location wasn't open as specified on their website, directory, and posted store hours. If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service here from the bald agent with tattoos was threatening and harassing. Avoid. I arrived on time today for my 430pm reservation. When I received the receipt to confirm payment, there was an additional $40 charge for checking out the car two hours early at 2:57pm. My flight hadn't even left my hometown yet at that hour. The hours are terrible (-1) but the guy working here was great. Apparently I’d booked at the wrong hertz but in the end he got me an upgrade and I still paid less overall.

Don’t choose managers special, it’s a scam!!! They plan this from the start where you want a good deal and hope the person at the front desk has your best interest. NOT HERE!!! He knew there were only two people and I was driving a lot but instead he said managers special is the Official Transport Van. I asked if he could change since there were multiple cars on the lot. He offered only one at a large upgrade cost and it was a minivan. He was very rude, didn’t care or listen to the customer, belittling and disrespectful.

Extremely limited hours of operation. Here are the hours you allowed to book when making a reservation: Mon 4:00PM-5:30PM Tues-Wed Closed Thurs 2:30PM-3:30PM Fri 4:00PM-5:30PM Sat Closed Sun 1:00PM-4:00PM This is straight from the hertz website. This does not inspire confidence in not getting screwed over, and also the hours are purposely set up to try to get you to pay for an extra day / extra hours by being closed at certain times.
