Had a wonderful experience renting a car from Shalonda. The whole process was fast and easy—she got me set up with the keys in no time. Both pickup and drop-off were quick and smooth. I really don’t get how this place gets so many bad reviews, because my experience was genuinely great. Heads up if you’re thinking about renting a Tesla though—I didn’t get the efficiency I was hoping for as a first-time driver, maybe because of the high mileage on the one I got. The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I had some issues finding the place and my vehicle was given away. I was told, “it’s a user error at this point.” What a joke. Who hires these people ?

I read the reviews about this location and arrived expecting the worst. Instead, I had nothing but a great experience with both the staff and the vehicle. Unfortunately, online reviews can sometimes become an outlet for people to vent frustrations that have little to do with the actual business. That was certainly not my experience here.
