One employee. No one to answer the phone.
This location is a scam. They cancelled my reservation the morning I was supposed to pick up, Friday of a holiday weekend and couldn't tell me when I'd be getting a refund. I had made the reservation well ahead of time, but they canceled at the last possible moment. They will take your money and ruin your plans. Stay away.
We used Hertz as part of an insurance claim. they were very helpful in that my wife's first rental had a slight smoked in smell and they happily issued another vehicle.
