Do not book a car rental here. Save your money & time. Please go somewhere else. The person at the front desk gave me attitude because I’m rightfully disappointed that the car I booked was unavailable. She stated “that particular car has not been available at this location for weeks” okay…sooo why didn’t you call me to notify me at least the day before that this car will not be available. Great vehicle rental company, and much more reasonable prices than other places.
Booked a car here for my trip to Texas with my girlfriend and let’s just say , it didn’t go well , so bad we never got the car . I booked for a noon rental pickup and was told at the hertz desk at the airport “ they close at noon .” First off who the heck closes at NOON on a SATURDAY!? We showed up right at noon to no cars and locked doors . My guess is we could have showed up at 11:30 and they wouldn’t have been there .
