Would be zero if it allowed that rating. Terrible customer service and a severe lack of training. Don’t rent here because they won’t have the car you reserved.
La marca HERTZ es terriblemente mala, dentro y fuera del aeropuerto. Adicionalmente para retirar y dejar auto, si alquilas afuera, tendrás que pagar el taxi, lo que no vale la pena, si valoras que en la web te dicen una cosa y luego es otra, nadie contesta el teléfono que anuncian y lo malísimo que es el servicio de su personal, además de lo viejos que son los autos y las condiciones de poca o ninguna limpieza con que los entregan. Ya no debieran existir empresas como ésta!
I've never had a bad Hertz experience until this particular location. I booked a vehicle here through Hertz.com for noon pickup. I arrive in the area earlier than expected so I show up at the office two hours early, expecting to wait until noon. I'm greeted by a gentleman who tells me that he was just about to call me to say that there are no vehicles available.
