The easiest experience in car rental. I do car rentals frequently and Hertz is the easiest without a doubt.
Car provided did not match our reservation, the car provided was not clean and barely had a charge.
Scammed by this rental location. I paid in advance for the EV recharge package, and they ignored it, adding more than $40 to my rental price. DO NOT RENT HERE! They stole my money and now I have to dispute it with my credit card! Attached: firstly, a screenshot of my order confirmation, which included the EV purchase option; secondly, a screenshot showing my receipt where they charged me PER PERCENT OF BATTERY! This is shady and unethical. I want my money back!
