I called the Hertz to location on DenZabala, after being on hold for 20 minutes, I am told there is a technical problem with the reservation system. Unfortunately, car rentals can not be made.

This Hertz location is tops. They provide excellent service great attitudes great professionalism. Any questions they answer for you and if they don’t have the answer, they’ll get it right away. In this case Sage is excellent as per Sage in your visit. I’ve been here three different times and Sage is still here Providing great customer service Thank you, richard T Zamora

I rent cars quite often for my job, only a few times with hertz and almost always at the airport. This was the most scammy experience I've had. To the point when I wasn't offended and angry, I was straight up laughing. I couldn't decide If I should feel bad for the employees who have to defend policies like this, or commend and be disgusted by their insulting creativity in making people's lives more difficult.
