I’m giving this place 5 stars because Ronald is an amazing employee! I hope this location cherishes him and appreciates him because he is a great hardworking person, especially at his age, he deserves a raise!
I had made a reservation and received confirmation # yet at time off pickup after driving from Boerne Tx. Was told NO cars were available. Call back every 30 minutes. Finally at 10:40 am a car was found and I left there office. No discount was offered by manager for their horrible customer service. I arrived very late to our scheduled event. Hertz NEVER followed up or made it good. Won’t rent from them again. Confirmation means nothing to Hertz
Stop taking out more money...
The friendly staff made my visit quick and pleasant. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be booking again soon.
