Not a Hertz
Made a reservation through expedia, it never asked for my credit card it just said pay when you get there. Needed to wait for my husband to bring me to San Antonio to pick up the car, when we arrived I was told my car was given away because apparently whatever time is put on the reservation is your appointment. It doesn't say this anywhere of course. And of course they have a more expensive car to give you. No one tried to call or find out if I was coming or anything.
