San Antonio airport staff was rude and not helpful with changing driver name - both times I have flown into San Antonio I have experienced rude employees
This hertz location consistently only stocks president's choice with small Nissans...not the broad selection I experience at other locations. Checkout times are LONG, budget 15 minutes to get out.
Pick up was confusing and car size I reserved (midsize) was not available. We were advised to pick a smaller car. We booked a midsize for more room, but were directed to the next level down. Also car was not maintained properly, change oil light was on from the time we picked up the car and for the duration of the trip.
