If I could give it 0 stars I would. They would not accept and debit cards and needed a plane ticket to prove. Absolute waste of time spent 2 hours.
Tuesday 8/5/25 I had to visit dad last minute in San Antonio from Coachella, Ca. Late night, great service still, attentive and caring. Clean and great running vehicle. I felt very special. Thank you SA Airport Hertz guy !
Bait and switch. Horrible way to treat a loyal President's club member. Time to consider others. For a car after paying for an upgrade that had a dirty brown stain on the passenger side.
Customer service counter agent was extremely rude. Waiting on Hertz to respond to my survey. Otherwise I will look to other car rental companies for my future needs.
unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the rental counter, combined with a convoluted and disconnected process between the main counter and the "Gold" desk in the parking garage. Malfunctioning equipment at the security gate complicated the exit from the garage. Miserable vehicle pick-up experience, but a surprisingly quick and friendly vehicle drop-off process...
