Horrible business practice and often understaffed and waiting forever. They will allow double bookings even though the car isn't available on the lot and will "play it by ear" and hopes everything works out while screwing customers that already made reservations. If you dont have the car available then dont make it available for rental!! Wasted money ubering there and back. Stay away and find a more reputable location like Enterprise or Avis
It took nearly an hour to get my rental car because the computer system was malfunctioning. Only one person was working the desk, with 4 or 5 other groups waiting behind me, so the process was extremely slow. Even when I went to drop the car off, there was one person behind the desk and a line of people waiting. To make matters worse, I was later charged a $75 car washing fee. If youre reading this I hope it's not too late for you to consider renting some place else. They add on to your total as much as you can, say if you got it through Priceline or some other servicer. The big lady at the counter... you can tell she loves ripping people off. AVOID this location. Youre honestly best prob renting at the airport.
