They are horrible. Jerry Seiner Cadillac made a reservation for me. They called me to setup a rental and confirmed it with me on Tuesday. I dropped my car off at the dealership and no one showed up so I called them. They said there wasn’t a reservation in their system and they had no cars. Clearly someone dropped the ball and deleted the reservation. Do not ever reserve with them, they are a horrible location. I’m stuck at the dealer without a car.
What an awful experience. Flew out from California and booked a car the night before for an important meeting. Reservation was confirmed. Got to this location 30 min early because I wanted to make sure I could get to my meeting 1.5 hours away on time. THEY DIDNT HAVE A CAR AVAILABLE! The manger said I could get on a waiting list and might be able to get a car later in the day. I asked for his name and he wrote “will” on a card. Part of a party that had a reservation. No cars available when we came. Guy was nice but the store closes at 12 saturdays and isn’t open Sunday so we got kicked out and left to talk to their ai bot. Not ideal
Booked a reservation for this location on Hertz’s website. When I arrived they told me they were out of cars. Would love to have a chat with the corporate decision makers who create these situations.
Most of the times, I never get the car size that I need. Specially over the weekends. I don’t know how they book and reserve inventories without checking. Once I was asked to take a 14 seater van instead of a small Chevrolet Spark or similar car that I booked. And when I denied, I was asked to take a 7 seater big SUV and charged extra for it. Off late only 1 guy is at the desk and it’s never enough to get car on time. I have waiter an hour for my pickup. I feel sad for the guy who is working alone, but again, they should not... read more
