They took great care of us and gave us a vehicle that worked for our trip. The guy at the Hertz in the airport that helped us as well was very straightforward we appreciate the great service.
This is a great location. When Josh is working, and probably others, but for sure with him, you're guaranteed great customer service and a quick check-in or out.
I rent many cars throughout the country and the Salt Lake Hertz team is The Best! They are a delightful bunch. While I understand "in city" rental locations have trouble getting the best cars in the fleet, the staff is the reason I go back again and again.
Do not rent from this location unless you want your day ruined. I reserved a specific car through the Hertz website and received a confirmation number. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the agent told me they did not have the car and that I had been placed on a waitlist. At no point during the reservation process was I informed that I was on a waitlist. A confirmation number normally means the reservation is guaranteed.
