Grace was so professional and offered such great customer service. She was so pleasant to work with. The vehicles are so well maintained. I was so impressed with this location. And Josh was so personable and did such a great job in taking care of me as well!! This will be my go-to place for rentals
Great service from friendly staff. I reserved directly with Hertz online and received exactly the car I reserved and expected for the price quoted. No surprises. No delays. And the return was simply giving the key to staff. Thank you. I will be back!!
Keziah gave me the best customer service I have ever received. She went out of her way to assist me. I'm so grateful, I had an issue with a car and she went out of her way to figure out a solution. I would recommend hertz for the sole purpose of her helping me the way she did. I'd like to give her a big thank you.
This was an awful rental. When I first arrived at the rental location; I was told I had to drive the vehicle over the curb to get the vehicle out of the parking lot. The windows were down and the seats were covered in water when I picked up the vehicle. The tires were almost completely balled and I called almost every day to get a new vehicle.
