Baffling how terrible every aspect of this rental was. The specific location is an abomination. Rental wasn’t ready, people in line behind me weren’t getting cars that were reserved. The staff is rude. I was overcharged, the car was damaged. Hertz claimed I was responsible for for other damage (clearly occurring after I returned the vehicle) despite having a damage waiver and also having a recipe with in mileage under 15,000 while their “proof” was sending me an odometer picture of 16,300 miles- fraud is a criminal act- I’m ... read more
I had to rent cars as my insurance was done paying the first 30 days. I came here and Gracie was so amazing she helped me as i had to keep the car for a few weeks and gave me a good rate. Gracie and William were so amazing I really appreciate them both. I will be back for sure
What I can say is that there will be a wait, you will be slightly frustrated with the bottleneck in the system at this location, but Josh Juarez is the light that shines and continues to keep this place operating. He will not only handle your customer service needs but will be out there cleaning cars just to make your wait a little less longer. Much appreciated again Josh!
Always nice staff and great cars
The worst company to rent a car. Right now I made a deposit of $500 which was never returned and they say they are not responsible. The car is left on the agreed day in excellent condition and with its full tank of gasoline The deposit was never returned to me, he made a claim and they tell me that the money is in the air. It has no owner, it is not mine and it is not from it. Practically the money was taken by fate!!
