Fast, friendly, great availability of desired vehicle, and pricing was fair and straight forward. Highly recommend. My ONLY beef, and this is on common business policy not the rental location, is why you can't return a vehicle on the weekend if you needed to (I didn't need to I just think the policy sucks) and only get charged for the specific time you used....the whole increased rates over the weekend thing is dumb. But overall my experience with this Hertz was excellent and I recommend it!
Do not rent from Hertz in this area. Overcharged by more than $90 and was sent on a scavenger hunt through Hertz customer service to recover the refund. Hours and hours wasted. Branch Manager was absolutely no help, and in fact a hindrance to getting this issue resolved. Too bad, Hertz used to be great all around, and now it is a mess with zero accountability.
Don't use Hertz they lied to me when I picked up the car I had the car for 21 hours and billed me for two days and will not do anything about it.
I wish I could give a review without stars. I had an online reservation, got to this rental location to be informed that they didn’t have my reservation or a vehicle to rent. The attendant I dealt with was rude in his approach and not at all apologetic. He didn’t try to help either.
Waste of time. Had a reservation for a car, confirmed with email. No car at the store for me. When I asked if I could reserve one for tomorrow, I was told I could but there was no guarantee I would get one. Then how is that called a reservation??
