if you want to be scammed in broad daylight and have no way to get your money back this is the place for you!! i booked and they called me to say they had no cars then charged me a “no show” fee for “holding a car” how are you holding a car you don’t even have?? i’m convinced these people have no actual rentals and make all their money by charging people no show fees. i disputed it with my bank and hertz argued the charge. i have since reported this scam artist of a branch to the better business bureau and hope you all do th... read more

AWFUL they let you make a reservation, travel there then tell you they don’t have any vehicles. then i dispute the charge with my bank because i ended up going elsewhere for a rental and they FOUGHT THE DISPUTE. now i have to fight them further on it, trying to charge me when yall had NO AVAILABLITY is absurd. yall suck i hope yall get shut down id rather walk everywhere else for the rest of my life than EVER rent from hertz again, smfh

Had a reservation, once I went to pick it up, i was told no car was available and I never received a notification. They did not even look up the reservation.

Warning ⚠️ do not use this place. Twice I was robbed. The first time I let it passover 2024. But Feb 2025, again. Come on guys, stop the lying and stealing. And you guys are so subtle about it too. Be honest! You don't have to lie to make a living. I rent vehicles a lot. Just rented from Enterprise, Feb 21st 2025. Less then 10mins they have you on the road. No scheming/misinformation.
