I have been a loyal Hertz customer for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I booked my car through Priceline, I have an option to include an insurance from Priceline for 20$ or less and I also have coverage through my Amex card. Despite clearly declining the additional $48/day insurance, the staff continued to pressure me into buying it from them and even tried to dismiss the coverage already included in my booking. Friendly service. They’ve increased their business, and therefore they have increased their hours of being open. Since there are later flights coming in at the Salina regional airport, they are open later. And they have an increased selection of cars to choose from.
