Terrible all the way around! You book a car, and guess what?!?! They dont have any available. You try to contact them by phone before pick-up, they dont answer the phone.... EVER. Had a rental that broke down, they pick it up, then you wait 4 days to close out the bill. Not only can you not rent a vehicle from them while another rental is in progress, you literally have to go into the office for them to close it out. Why?
