Greg was so helpful in my time of need! I had a horrible experience at the thrifty where I had prepaid and they closed 2 minutes before I reached the counter. But at least someone told me I could transfer my reservation to another thrifty. I went to the one in Peabody and he called salem because they had no cars. This hertz also is a Thrifty. Outstanding location and the people working there were terrific to work with. Easy pick up and easy drop off. I will return there for all my rentals.

i want there to book a car i had money on my debit card i told them my credit was bad he told no worry i was so happy to hear that he pull the car around then ran my license and said no we can not rent you the car because of your credit but yet they took the money first i was so upset i cry when i want home now no car i not going there anytime soon i will tell my family and friends bad

Totally unacceptable! Arrived at the Hertz location with my reservation, but the representative said no cars are available, not even 1 car, let alone the one I reserved ! Then they charged me extra for the car which arrived after waiting for 1.5 hours because it was at a higher rental price point. Terrible customer service, terrible communication skills! Do not rent from this location!.
