Kind of an unprofessional experience. We walked into the building and the woman at the front desk didn't greet us and continued a conversation on her personal phone. This conversation continues throughout our whole transaction while we were trying to get information on our rental. We were asked to showed up to get our rental car at a scheduled time and was made to wait an extra 40 minutes after arriving while they "got the car ready". Weird experience.
I had a reservation at 10am today that I booked a week or more ago. They called me at 950am to tell me they have no cars and weren't able to get one from a nearby location. Also, no one picks up the phone when you call The response below is useless and does not rectify the situation
I got charged $147.25 on an insurance claim that should have been no charge to me. will NEVER use Hertz again
