Totally unacceptable! Arrived at the Hertz location with my reservation, but the representative said no cars are available, not even 1 car, let alone the one I reserved ! Then they charged me extra for the car which arrived after waiting for 1.5 hours because it was at a higher rental price point. Terrible customer service, terrible communication skills! Do not rent from this location!.

I called them all day and they never picked up the phone. They make bookings without having enough cars. It appears they have some very unprofessional people working there. I would NOT recommend this location.
Nice lady behind the counter, car i rented was ready. Was in and out fast.
Easily the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company, and I’ve rented cars many times before. We arrived an hour early to pick up our reserved SUV, only to be met by an extremely unprofessional employee at the front desk, sitting back with her legs crossed and idly kicking the counter as if we were interrupting her break (at 9:30 a.m., no less).
