I had a reservation and the location had closed early.
Got charged for a no show fee after I had reserved and paid for a rental that they did not have available when I showed up to pick it up. I was told they had no more cars available that day. after I disputed the charge they still tried to charge me for a service they could not provide
Rental was not cleaned inside and outside, rep was very sad and barely wanted to provide us with customer care, he even charged us $200 more than what was supposed to be! I HD to call back and ask him about the extra charge! Thank God he refunded the $200. But vehicle had bird poop, and trunk was filthy.
