Easy in easy out
Hertz bus pickup location can be confusing, first time I had to walk up to opposite building to get the shuttle, this time it was where the other rental shuttle busses were stopping. On the board ot said president circle for pickup. I picked an suv as usual and I was uncharged at the gate, was not sure why, she said I picked up a suv. Never had this experience in any Hertz rental.
