Horrible experience. Customer service is useless. Existing reservation and now being told no cars available.
There is no heart sign of where to pick you up at the airport
Dont rent from this place. Go to Avis or any other agency. Cars not good. Selection is bad. While i am no longer a "President's" club member....their lowest tier is called "Five Star". I give the selections a "One Star". Friendly staff. They do a great job. Hertz as a company is a zero star
