This was the WORST car rental experience I’ve ever had !
After not honoring my rate code the counter agent put me in a rental contact that cost over $500 for one day. This location STOLE MY MONEY. You'll see in the Response comment that Hertz pushed me to a generic support link. No attempt was made to make this right, don't be fooled by the comment. For everyone's benefit, I had the car for less than 24 hours. Rented and returned the same day, and Hertz charged me $545.
Friendly and reliable. Cars are always in excellent condition and clean. The shuttle service is a nice bonus from the airport. I always pick Hertz.
No signage whatsoever at St. Louis Airport. Snarky staff at the counter with poor signage at pick up. Rent from anyone else.
Every person I dealt with from check-in to both shuttle drivers to return was friendly and efficient. And I loved that you could just go to a row of cars and pick out one after check-in.
