This a good rental company to use except for one issue which is huge for me. You cannot bring your personal car onto the lot, nor have someone drive you onto the lot to get you to the rental car building. You must be dropped off on Natural Bridge road and walk to huge lot to the rental office building. A pretty long walk! Very inconvenient.

The customer service Tiarra exhibited during our visit was five stars and then some. First, she went out of her way to help us secure a wheelchair for my father as he was coming into the airport for a flight. This was not something that was necessarily her job to do, but she sought to accommodate regardless, and that was greatly appreciated. There was also a discrepancy between what the estimated total was going to be ahead of time and what it wound up being when we got there. Very bad experience. Front desk was very rude and hang off our call. We returned the key but they claimed key was lost. We would like to check the camera and got rejected. 250 bill appeared on our credit card for lost key.

I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred on January 30th at approximately 7:00 PM at this location I visited to request a vehicle exchange because the reserved 4WD/AWD seven-passenger vehicle was not provided at the original pickup location. Always a hit and miss with this location. Sometimes very friendly. However, on this event initial guy was cold, return guy was reserved. Bus driver was very friendly. Other visits have gone very well.
