This is the worse Hertz location I’ve ever encountered. From start to finish. Had a rental for two days . They overcharged my credit card. Took a few days for everything to be cleared. Finally after 5 days my deposit was credited back to my account. Customer service is terrible. Can’t NEVER get through the phone line. So annoying . Sounds like they are understaffed. I needed a truck a day early and they came through. The location was downtown, so I assumed they wouldn’t have a truck but they did. I’m a little skeptical about the AI pictures for damage, but we’ll see in five days.
This team is amazing! I’ve always had great experience as a president’s circle member!
