If I could rate this a negative zero I would because I’ve never had a rental where I had to worry about my belongings or honest people. I rented awhile back and left my Apple Watch at this location my watched pinged here and I knew it was in the car when I called Ofcourse they said they found nothing horrible experience never will rent here again

I had a reservation yesterday and arrived at the location ten minutes early. The older male reservation agent had poor customer service skills. He did not acknowledge me or say good morning. The female staff who arrived were more professional. You have to sit and wait for them to wash and clean the car, which is time-consuming. My 20 percent Gold Club discount was not honored. I paid $187 for one day, and the car was still dirty when I got home. I will not return to this location.

My experience with hertz rental, I waited to write a review until I heard back from hertz support and their response was going to determine my review. I reserved a Kia Niro was my vehicle, once I got there on my reservation date they didn’t have that car and the only vehicle they had was a Tesla , I wasn’t sure about taking the Tesla and was thinking about canceling renting from hertz because I had to drive about 600 miles so going on a electric car and having to stop and charge was on my mind, the person that was working th... read more
