Very disappointed. You make and confirm a reservation, you are advised the day you ate supposed to pick up a car and you take the initiative to call that unfortunately there are no "vehicles" available. Only because they wont rent them to you if you are going through your insurance. They keep their low inventory for those who are not going through insurance.
