To many different prices!! Poor customer service and management at Royal Palm Beach, Fl location!! Totally dissatisfied and management could care less!! Issue raised about charging more due to instructions by team member working the rental office but never received a follow up call from manager. Quoted to many different prices. Very poor customer serve and management.
Quick and easy rental
Absolutely horrible experience. Refused to take my debit card. Refused to pick me up after they said they would. I have been loyal to Hertz for years and that loyalty ends today after they have wasted over 2 hours of my life that I will never get back…
It should be 0 star. I returned a car at this location (one way rental), and the deceitful employee that was working, on 09Aug at noon, charged me couple of hundred dollars for an alleged smoking odor in the car. When confronted, the employee stated that he have photo evidence of the smoking odor in the car. Yep... photo evidence for an odor. Ridiculous.... I don't even smoke!!!. Very ridiculous... My daughter had a truck back into her truck. We went through the Insurance company to make arraignments for a vehicle while hers is being fixed. It was easy experience
