Door locked with lights on for a half hour during business hours. I had to cancel my reservation and go to Enterprise across the street.
Great place to rent a vehicle staff's very professional, friendly and helpful
Make reservation and when come to pick up car, they don’t have anything available, just unacceptable
Made a reservation online. Had confirmation number when I arrived. At the hertz office they said they have no cars…not just that they didn’t have my confirmed car, they had none available. I asked how that happens and was told that the reservation system doesn’t know what the actual location has available. Truly the worst run rental business in town.
I had a great experience renting a good reliable car from this location, great customer service very helpful
