Horrible company. Went to drop my rental off, no one at the desk, waited more than 5 minutes. Turned the car in, was told everything was good. 3 hours later, they call to tell me they are charging me 100 dollars cause they had to sweep the car, this was after I already wiped it all down and windexed all the windows. I mean really? Don't you already have to detail the car in between rentals??? Avoid at all costs!!

Stay away. Charges not explain upfront. Do not fall for the cheap gas trick. It is a flat rate and does not take into consideration how much gas is left in the tank. If you miss a toll, the next month they automatically deduct a dollar amount each day you have the car plus the toll amount, even if you went to your account and paid the missed toll that very day. They do not listen to what you want. They did not service the car properly - ice frozen on hood so washers would not work . . . Yuck.

Will never do business they overcharged our deposit by $400 only had the car for 20 min in horrible shape and when we realized we left our car seat in it they were unwilling to bring it to us even though we were without a way to get to them and they hung up on me.

Trying the new place in town, I was a bit skeptical: few cars on the lot; not a large selection. Calling in advance, I got the care I requested. And the price they quoted was very good, and when I got there, it was even less! Mike was courteous, explained everything simply; car was ready when I got there, too. Upon returning, same thing with the other office person, Joanna; I liked that I did not have to wait! I will try them again.

when I started our rental car, an Infiniti, the warning light came on about checking the tire pressure. I told my wife that Hrtz had already checked the car and a tire was probably down a few pounds (a common problem with new cars). I left the lot and stopped at a gas station and checked all 4 tires. The right rear was low so I added air and the warning light went off. I drove another 30 miles into Yellowstone and the warning light came on again. They gave us a recalled car that had brakes that would go out and a steering wheel that would lock unexpectedly. When we told them they had two employes active and told us to wait three hours on the side of the road. They didn't stand behind their company.

Took the rental to the agreed return location. I got charged for two full days but I returned the rental car it the same day and long before it was due in. It was two days to get a receipt. And I was shocked to see how a senior citizen could be so taken advantage of. Especially when I rented the car to take my spouse home from emergency surgery.
