Amazing!!!! Bryan P literally saved our lives. But beware it’s a small town so that they rarely do vehicle exchanges! Either way the staffs are so helpful and friendly.
Worst car rental experience ive ever had. I would recommend everyone to use a different company if possible. I was charged for a rental 3x for a total of over $400 but I never got a reservation confirmation. No emails nothing. I called and their AI services sucked and customer service was even worse. No one can help with our a reservation number but they couldnt understand I didnt get one. Then they said the money should be released after 24 hours. What an awful experience. I did a one way rental to Santa Fe. It took almost a week for the Santa Fe location to send a receipt because they showed “my rental from Roswell as reserved but never picked up”! I spent over an hour on the phone with Santa Fe location and Hertz corporate. No one picked up at Roswell location for any of us. No one could help. Inexperienced beyond belief
Brian at the front desk is amazing- super friendly, professional and great customer service. He was able to add another driver to my reservation in 5 minutes after I had spent over an hour on the phone with the corporate customer service rep who was unhelpful.
