What an awful experience. I did a one way rental to Santa Fe. It took almost a week for the Santa Fe location to send a receipt because they showed “my rental from Roswell as reserved but never picked up”! I spent over an hour on the phone with Santa Fe location and Hertz corporate. No one picked up at Roswell location for any of us. No one could help. Inexperienced beyond belief
Brian at the front desk is amazing- super friendly, professional and great customer service. He was able to add another driver to my reservation in 5 minutes after I had spent over an hour on the phone with the corporate customer service rep who was unhelpful.
No cars. Thank God Toyota rented cars. Stuck in Roswell 2 extra days.
Interestingly, the Hertz website will allow a reservation to be made even though there are no cars available. Your mileage may vary (ha!) -- this seems less-than-good to me.
