I highly recommend David and Hertz for a seamless and pleasant car rental experience! David was very good service and very helpful!
We picked up our car at Roma trainstation in June. After a painstakingly long process of finding "our car" they didn't have it and we got "upgraded" to a DS5 which was parked a long way from the office(we had a lot of luggage,!) What an utter POS car that was, grocely underpowered and perfectly unpractical boot. If this wasn't bad enough, recently we received two notices of traffic fines. We recently had need for hire car in Roma due to break down of our towing vehicle. David from Hertz was a great support. As soon as car was available he delivered. Even better! Once a tow vehicle became available he exchanged cars and we were able to explore the area taking our caravan. David was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
