Never, and I mean never, rent a car from this location. Employees here are rude and lazy at best. They rent cars by misrepresenting fuel levels, they don’t fill up washer fluids before sending the vehicles out and the vehicles are never as clean as they should be. This location fired their manager and it is easy to see why. Now the inmates are running the asylum and doing a poor job while doing so. On both occasion renting here nobody was in the office. I am a Hertz customer with Presidents Circle status. I made a reservation online back on 7/3/25 around 4pm. Hertz called me at 5:18pm that same afternoon, while I was on my way to pick up my rental, to tell me they had no cars for me. They said they would cancel my reservation and there would be no charge. On my next corporate credit card statement, I got charged a $67.99 free for a no show. The only positive part of renting from Hertz in Rockwall was I used points to book a free rental. The majority of people working there are arrogant, rude and make you feel like you’re a bother. Go somewhere else if you want Texas Hospitality, cause you won’t find kindness or anything of the form there!
