The Hertz location in Rockwall is the worst I have ever been to in my life. The attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful, treating customers as if they were doing her a favor just by being there. The level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable and honestly shocking. As someone who works a customer service based job, do not go here. If you don’t like dealing with the public please find a different job. The people are not understanding or kind. We wanted to go here because the prices seemed better than everyone else around, but we ended up going to enterprise and the people there were fantastic. While I had terrible service on the day of pick up, Austin was very professional and empathetic to my service concerns the day I returned the rental. He completely redeemed the experience. I would rent from this location again.

Those employees are making the situation worse instead of helping. The level of customer service was poor and unprofessional. I am not sure who owns or manages this location, but new staff or additional training is clearly needed, as the current employees are not improving the customer experience.
