Excellent service provided in a very professional and friendly way. They met all of my expectations and I will definitely use this location again for another rental in the future.
Tried this location again. This time was probably worse if that's even possible. The lady was lazy and very rude, would not even get up to help me or explain anything. I was there on time for my reservation but the door was closed with a note saying Be back soon. I came back when she had finally returned and she makes it seem it's my fault I'm late for the reservation. I canceled my reservation online and it stated to go to the location I booked to complete the cancelation, but she insisted she could not do anything and zi h... read more
I had the pleasure of working with Jazzmine. She went out of her way to help me. The rental dates had to be changed and she was very helpful. It is a very busy place, but she works efficiently and with a smile. Highly recommend from my experience!
