The only positive part of renting from Hertz in Rockwall was I used points to book a free rental. The majority of people working there are arrogant, rude and make you feel like you’re a bother. Go somewhere else if you want Texas Hospitality, cause you won’t find kindness or anything of the form there!
Never ever rent a car from this location, people here are so rude. They do not listen to you and treat you like shit. They are not present in the office when you drop of the keys and then they will call you a week after to tell you that there is something wrong with the car. I have rented car from hertz before at different locations, never had this problem. This location is so bad. They will not listen to you if you have any complaints. Overall experience ZERO.
DO NOT RELY ON THEM. They will let you reserve a vehicle and when you goto pick it up they will tell you they dont have it. What an absolute joke these people are
Slowest rental car service! more than an hour wait for pickup.
