Very easy to complete rental and return rental. Employee was very knowledgeable
Hertz was drastically cheaper than the alternatives, but some of the employees at this Hertz are just down right rude and unhelpful. Was speaking with an employee about returning my vehicle and she put her hand out to stop me mid sentence to talk to someone else on her cell phone, so I just left.
When I arrived at Hertz Scott asked me if I had been helped and I told him no. He said nothing else, only ignored that I was standing there until I asked him if I should come back at a better time. My adult son spoke to Scott face to face 20 minutes prior to me arriving and it was agreed upon that I would come in and rent the car so it would be less expensive. Staff is rude and unprofessional Car was dirty and in need of a wheel alignment. There was additional charges made to my card on the final bill. I highly do not recommend renting from them!! They only care about money & if you are young and of color they do not respect you!! No compensation made
Scott at the counter is very rude. Did not want to help us at 12:05 pm because they were closed. But both employees were outside prior to that and we literally followed them through the door. So we're we really too late? Or is Scott just really bad at customer service?
