We scheduled a rental back in January and we were not notified until we walked in to pick up our rental yesterday that they did not have the vehicle and that someone had left me a voicemail stating that the vehicle was not available. If it was scheduled over two months ago how could the vehicle not be available? Also, without properly notifying us. If I could go negative I would I had a very disappointing experience with Hertz I reserved a vehicle for our spring break trip with my kids through Expedia but when we arrived, we were told the car was not available — even though it was clearly sitting in the parking lot. The owner mentioned he doesn’t like bookings made through Expedia because he “doesn’t make enough money,” which felt very unprofessional. Never rent from here. This place never has any cars. And won’t tell you until you go there for your reservation pick up
Scott was extremely unprofessional. He criticized me for booking through Expedia and denied me a vehicle even though one was clearly available.
