If I could rate this agency as 0 stars I would. We had a reservation to pick up a rental car today. When we got there this morning to pick up the car, they said they did not have a vehicle for us. They had about 4 keys in front of them, that they said they were going to send out to other locations. They were going to call us at 9am to tell us. This is the worst car experience I have ever had. Beware if you make a reservation with this company, it may not be honored!

Although, I wasn't a very Pleasant person, the Employees didn't hold it against me and were very Helpful, Courteous, Respectful, informative and I most certainly did not deserve it. Well, it may have been accidental, but had a $49.99 charge for no apparent reason that I had my bank dispute and have had the money reimbursed. 😕
Pay attention for your transactions they charge me $469.89 on the top of the rental car I asked them why they said they will ask a manager and let me know they never contacted me since it happened it been over a month.
I got a rental car from Thursday through Saturday as I’m driving the rental car when I picked it up I noticed a crack in the windshield. I took it right back up there just to hear the manager tell one of the employees that he knew about it but the customer didn’t know about it and they take pictures that they supposed to send you but they never sent it to you and then I found out that they already knew about the crack, but if I would never saw it, I feel like they was gonna try to charge me for damage to the vehicle so they ... read more
