Horrible experience
Don't use this location for rentals. It is understaffed and they have no desire to answer the phone, ever. As a Hertz President member, I'm appalled that corporate allows this location to run this way along with the overall unkempt appearance from a half eaten breakfast sandwich under the waiting room chairs to the general feeling that a vacuum has never been ran nor the windows ever cleaned.
Super understaffed and staff seemingly disappears randomly for extended time. Over an hour waiting before I could even talk to any staff and I had a reservation set already prior to walking in. One member was talking in circles with a customer for at least 45 minutes unable to help anyone else. The other person would walk out and take 15+ minutes to bring a car around. It shouldn't take 2 hours minimum to pick up a car with a reservation.
