Everything was pretty good at picking up my rental. But just right now i was looking for the address again for my rental return and i just realized that is closed…… So what i suppose to do now?
At least they had a vehicle for me this time 5star status to still be treated poorly the suv was so loud i was embarrassed everywhere i went called for a new vehicle just for barry to say he has nothing very sad management he said he need the other suv’s for later renters lol even though i was there first barry is the worst with no boss over him how nice
If you use your Debit card expect to have them pull your credit score and hold $500 plus your amount for the rental! This credit card pull drops your score by the way. I don't know why they pull it because I know mines is way below 400 and I was still able to rent the car for a day and I rent through Expedia and the charged me for two days insurance and I only rented for one day no phone number and the guy doesn't know anything because of 3rd party. He should still know and be able to correct it
I called them Monday to Make sure they Accepted my card and they said they did. I Came in store and they now said they can’t take it. Waste me a 100 dollar in Ubers there and back home.
