This was a last minute rental. The staff stepped right up and got us a clean newerish vehicle. The experience was pleasurable.

Berry is not always helpful and can be very blunt even if that means being rude but I respect him I dislike that I can't reach any team members and got no return calls I call the main company and I called berry personal number left at front desk for front desk customers I had a medical emergency today and couldn't return the rental cause I was in hospital called so many times through out the day never reached any one still to know
