No one answers the phone. Hangs up on you multiple times.
Elmgrove location does not exist. Spoke to a representative to set up the reservation who sent me to that location. Got there and the business that is now there told me Hertz has not been there since November 2023. Then I tried calling the Brooks Ave location to try to get a rental but no one would answer. It's bad enough I need a rental cause someone hit my car but to be lied to by the rental company is completely ridiculous and to have no answering machine and just to have the number hang up is completely unacceptable.
It Hurts to use Hertz. When I arrived, a greeter from a the local collision shop said that Hurts moved out of this location about 6 months ago. So my experience looking for Hurts wasn't so good. But it wasn't a total loss, at least the collision shop person was pleasant. Google Maps and Hurts, you need to update your map and address book.
