This place is the most unreliable, business to rent a vehicle. Instead of giving us the courtesy of maybe calling the week before saying that they don't have a vehicle available, they call the day of my vehicle pickup to let me know that their manager was at fault and did not have a vehicle I reserved 3 months ago. No initiative to help resolve the problem or even the simple act of taking accountability for nearly ruining a family trip. Very helpful! Rented a car in Corpus Christi and was able to drop off at this location. Gentleman that helped was fast and friendly.

Very accommodating location: they were flexible and let me pick up my rental earlier than scheduled. Speedy check in and check out.

First of all considering how hard it is to get a rental at this time, due to demand being higher than supply, it is good to try and be understanding and keep this in mind. Paul was very helpful and truthful on what to expect over the phone and I appreciate that before deciding where to rent from. Not to mention Hertz prices were so much better than others I called in the area. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciate the great customer service, patience and kindness.

I spoke with Paul who called my father earlier in the day and told him he was out of luck and had no vehicle for him. Even after having a confirmation and reservation made prior to. I completely understand the shortage of rental vehicles, but he didn’t make the experience any less frustrating when he decided to hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation.
