Mr. James at Hertz was awesome. He did things very quickly and professionally. What I really appreciated was the team work that I saw. Good job everyone.
My husband and I bought a car from this location and they charged us a delivery fee over 1000 and we went there to pick up the car and never gave us that money back! It's had been more than 6 months and we are still waiting! Only thing left it's to fill a claim since they are making up excuses! 0/10
