This place does not open at 8am, the service starts at 9am,The guys in the main desk are useless.
They never pick up the phone at anytime which is ridiculous!!!!
I reserve a car Monday for Saturday and when I got to the location, they had told me that they didn’t have any cars, but did not reach out to me beforehand to let me know that they didn’t have any vehicles. When trying to Speak with someone, at hertz over the phone to get the situation resolved. I was threatened to step outside. Was treated very poorly. I would not recommend this location.
Jessica provided outstanding customer service! She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire rental process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a great impression.
