I had an exceptional experience for a weekend rental at this Hertz location. Mr. Broderick provided excellent customer service and made the entire process smooth and less than 5 minutes. The car was clean and ready for me as soon as I got there. Pickup was quick and simple, and drop off was just as easy. Everything was efficient and well organized. i have a simple question about the hertz-uber program that i need an answer to that i cant find one to on the app. so i call the store, and i kid you not, this phone has been ringing for more than 20 minutes straight now. no one is picking up. i do not want to waste my time and gas going to this location to rent a car and be told i cant get one because i couldn’t get in contact with ANYONE for the right information. do so much better. the LEAST you guys can do is answer the phone.
So first off, I have rented from hertz in the past and did not get bad service, not great service… but not bad service but this time it hit different. I booked a reservation with them in the past without a credit card , No problem. But this time since I only had my debit card, they were gonna “do me a favor” and only charge me a 500$ hold on my debit card PLUS do a credit check, you know cuz the no Credit Card thing. 12/23/2025 - Rented a minivan for a family trip. Mr. Parker and his team is amazing and provided a excellent minivan on time. Pickup and Return was a breeze. Not enough employees and some are rude and uncaring. They added charges after I turned my rental in didn’t provide. Receipt detailing charges. My person was phenomenal the company need to work on some things. HD to leave for work couldn’t wait but they were swamped
