Bad staff bad service never ever again dealing with herts anymore
No one ever answers the phone.
I had to come here because I do not have an email to share these pictures or a direct phone line to call. I went back yesterday (rental day 1) and manager brian said they shampoo the back seat to try to get these "stains" out. I gave it time to dry and was going to take it vacuum today and try to clean again today bc the stainsclearly didnt come out & noticed the entire back was filthy. There is a very special person sitting in the front who was rude as hell!! He says only one thing that he has no cars at the moment! He was giving it out to people who came before me after me everyone except me. its not that I have no reservation. Even after having a reservation and a confirmation i didn't get the car. They never take a call don't know why. God knows who is the manager of this pathetic place.
