Quick and easy, got me a car right when I needed it
5 star only because of Jessica she is the best worker up I noticed when I had to come up there everyone wants to deal with her only she handles her Job correctly and she always answer any questions I have through email nobody answer email which is crazy and never answers the phone because they under staff they need like 4 more workers like her there period
Yeah. Don't do Uber rental here. I showed up on time to find 14 people in front of me with only one customer service rep. She is taking ten to 15 minute per customer which means a two hour wait at least. There are customers everywhere some sitting on the floor. Just chaos. After reading the other reviews and seeing the chaos, I bailed. I think I am going to call other locations to see if they pick up the phone before I try this stuff. By the way, by the looks of things a lot of these people have no business driving Ubers.
