Excellent customer service from the two gentlemen at the front managing Hertz car rentals. I rented a vehicle at two different times in the last month and was happy with their kind interactions and the clean vehicle I got for use. Keep up the good work!
The reviews say it all guys! Don’t rent from this place. They charged me $75 for an outside clean to a busted Tesla. I drive for uber and the Tesla had non of the features that are promised on the website. The vehicle was damaged and I didn’t notice on pickup up, it was dirty, smelled, and overall a horrible experience. I’d recommend no one ever rent a car from this hertz unless you wanna be taken advantage of, crooks! 09/08/2026 - Once again, A++++ and 5 STAR Customer care and Clean vehicles at this location in Short!! Highly recommended for Business and Leisure. Rented a Minivan for a quick family trip. As always, Mr. Parker and his team took care of the request and provided an excellent vehicle on time. Pickup and Return is always a breeze a this location. Don't bother. Despite having availability online, and 30 cars in the lot, no cars available.
I drove 4 months for Uber ($8/hr avg) and HERTZ suddenly billed me HUNDREDS for TOLLS !!!!!! UBER claims their riders pay extra for tolls.. So it put me in overdraft and my rental payment failed.. On top of my life being a complete shitshow all 2026 now I have no car and can't get my grandkids to and from school AND ZERO DOLLARS
