Easy to book online. Easy location to get to for pickup/drop off. Delvin (team member who brought car to me and did paperwork) was excellent. When I was returning the car, a woman was shouting into her phone then handed it to Delvin to try to talk sense into woman's mom. After woman went outside, I complimented Delvin on keeping his cool. Great experience from Hertz people. Thank you.
Just awful. Stole my shoes and a Louis V bag inside the car. I keep trying to reach out but they won’t help.
Delwin was awesome. Made it quick and easy to rent my car. Helped me right away when I arrived.
Helpful after 7 weeks of renting via Uber program. I use the 2024 Kia ev6 Literally the week of writing a 5star review, all hell came out. I'm taking them to Hertz if they truly can't resolve this. Reduced to 1 star. Avoid this method of work as it's a trap
