Terrible customer service. I walk in. The guy sitting behind his computer was not cordial, welcoming, and had few people skills. I would never recommend ANYONE to visit that location. I’ve used Enterprise for all of my car rentals. They had a great deal for car rentals. Mr. No Personality tells me $500 deposit because HE thought I didn’t know Any betterI Dr. B will NEVER return to your facility again!!!

I rented a car through the Uber program and they did a bait and switch on me. I reserved a Tesla and I end up with something completely different that doesn’t even qualify for the same rides I was doing in my vehicle and now I called them to try to replace the vehicle because it needs maintenance probably an oil change and the steering wheel shakes when I try to slow down and they keep forwarding me to voicemail. Do not rent from this Hertz go somewhere else!
