Hertz: Please check your security cameras. Approximately 8:30 on 11/21 we were physically assaulted by one of the employees . She said her name was J. Hertz makes it almost impossible to file a complaint. We've been loyal customers for over 20 years. 5 star presidential for at least ten years.
