Friendly staff, who try their best to be helpful but I'm not sure how happy with their jobs they are. Cars are not as cleaned out as I'd like them to be, but they are in great operating condition and I guess that's all that matters. One time I got a car that didn't have a CD player and they helped me find one that did.
