We were returning a car with two of our car seats in the back seats. The car has weird mounts that we didn't notice and we could remove the car seats by hand. It was Friday afternoon at closing and two guys rushed out with tools to assist us. It was hot and in the sun but their assistance was greatly appreciated. All of us wanted to get home for the weekend and their positive and helpful attitude also noticed. Thanks boys.

I am a President’s Circle member of Hertz and have used many Hertz locations around the world. Recently, I booked a rental car through Expedia (not a great idea) for another location in Adelaide.
