Great service at Redwood City, El Camino Real. Although my car was not ready at the time of pick up, I was offered an alternative which turned out to be better than my original choice and at a discount. Henock was polite, flexible and happy to help.
Similar to other reviews, don’t expect them to have a car or even be willing to help out. We made a reservation in advance thinking that we would get a car for a trip. When we arrived they told us that they didn’t have any car and didn’t even bother trying to help us. So unprofessional.
Had a great experience at the Redwood City location. Henock and Beth were fast, helpful, and accommodating... especially since the online information turned out to be incorrect. We're very thankful for their assistance today and hope Hertz continues to support them with more vehicle availability for future customers
