Don't say you take visa and refuse my Visa chime card. Wasted my time and money to get there just to be told we don't take that card. Visa credit card is visa credit card. And didn't take my Bank One visa credit card.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Hertz car rental location on Market St. East in Redding. The manager was unhelpful and rude, and she was unable to locate my reservation. Her attitude made me feel like I was at fault for booking with them, which was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from this location.
