I am filing a serious complaint regarding the conduct of the female store manager at your location. Before making payment, I confirmed multiple times that the vehicle I needed was available. The manager clearly stated that it was. However, immediately after I paid, I was told the vehicle was suddenly “no longer available” because it had been reserved. This contradiction is unacceptable. Of the rental cars in the area, the manager in this location cares for her clientele. The cars are clean. A good selection of economy to SUVs and trucks. Pick ups and returns are quick if you have everything ready.
