They are great very professional and helpful.
Jay is the absolute rudest staff member. Was put on hold for 28 mins (screenshot is from the 20 min mark), called back and when was asked “can I put you on hold?” (Not really a question as they’re going to do it and forget you) I said I’d already held for almost half hour. Great experience at this Hertz location. The staff was very friendly and eager to please at every step. Wide selection of vehicles to rent and I love that this location is so close to home. Will definitely rent a vehicle from this location when the need arises again.
