The staff here at the Rancho Cucamonga location were amazing! Thank you!🙏
Do not rent from this location, They are very rude and do not help to resolve getting you the vehicle you reserved They said ( Take it or leave it!! ) what kind of customer service is that!! and I was not the only one they were rude too, another customer had a similar issue and the lady at the counter didn't offer any resolution.
Great Customer Service
Had extra charges after I returned the car, contacted the office they're not helpful also transferred me to a totally different car rental so I called back again same problem. Customer service sucks at this freaken place, no one can't seem to help or know anything 😕 useless 😕 so quick to charge your card but can't answer simple questions on what you got charge for. I will never use this rental company but especially this location.
Rachel and her team continue to impress!!!
