Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this location. I contacted Hertz on Capital Blvd regarding a rental I had (just to confirm that they received information from the autobody shop), and a representative by the name of Chris answered the phone. I provided Chris with an update and wanted to confirm whether the autobody shop contacted them. This is by far the worst Hertz location I’ve ever dealt with. The management lacks basic customer service skills. It takes over an hour just to get assistance, and to make matters worse, they provided a faulty vehicle. Despite scheduling a pickup days in advance, they refused to pick up. I truly hope Hertz leadership pays attention to these ongoing reviews and takes action. This experience was unnecessarily stressful, and as a result, Hertz has lost my business as a customer.
I had a positive experience here and can’t relate to the negative reviews at all. There was an issue with my reservation that was not the fault of this location. I messaged customer care after the rental and the issue was immediately addressed. Thank you both to this location and Hertz customer care!
The team members at this location are highly skilled and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with their rentals. They offer an excellent location along with a wide variety of vehicles.
I’m sitting in there lobby trying to re plan a trip because they didn’t inform me that I have to have a credit card because I’m 22 I’ve had my trip booked for about a month and a half and even called and no one told me I need a credit card till the day of highly stupid last time I come here
