I’m sitting in there lobby trying to re plan a trip because they didn’t inform me that I have to have a credit card because I’m 22 I’ve had my trip booked for about a month and a half and even called and no one told me I need a credit card till the day of highly stupid last time I come here
I made a reservation but when I got all the way up there they had no vehicles. Waste of time and money. It should tell you upfront if there's no inventory
.I had a last min family members come in town and needed a car. I went to the hertz on capital blvd in raleigh nc and the the whole team and definitely the manager really helped me out . They were able to make everything very easy for me and my family. They truly did a amazing job with last min warning. Thanks guys! 👏👏
Sierra was absolutely incredible. She set clear expectations and assisted everyone in a respectful and prompt manner! I was surprised because of the number of guests in the building! She was courteous with everyone! Around 5, people flooded in! She still assisted them with a warm smile! Talk about great customer service! Update: Sierra is no longer at this location, but I still had a five star experience. Chris and Mike were wonderful! They got me in and out without issue and it was QUICK!
