From the moment I first interacted with Rental company employee Deb at the reserve, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, care, and politeness. She has been extremely helpful in understanding my needs regarding the type of vehicle that is required, not to mention the services they offer and provide. I am very disappointed with the customer service by the front desk lady who was working today 5/20/26. My mum came to pick up a rental car after doing all the booking online and even got a confirmation time to come pick up the rental but when she got there the lady at the front desk told her she is going for lunch and that there were no available cars. I don't get why she would be confirmed to come pick up a car then told there is no available car. It is very disappointing to have such bad customer service.
The best customer service
The sweet lady who was working was on lunch when we arrived to pick up our car. The site let us schedule for noon- which it shouldn't bc thats regular lunchtime for them. We knocked & she still opened the door & took care of us during her lunch break! We were very thankful not to wait to start our vacation & appreciate her alot! Also!! Do NOT schedule an appt @ noon so she gets her lunch ;-)
