Extremely friendly staff frome Seattle air port and Puyallup meridian location. Very easy pickup and drop and the car was in excellent condition.
Reserved a car 5 weeks in advance and they called me the day before pickup to inform me that they overbooked cars and wouldn't have one available for me. I needed the car to drive to a funeral.
Made a reservation, went to pick up car, and they said no cars were available. They found the reservation in their system, but had no cars. Would not refund my Uber charges to get down to their location.
Drop off box is broken, unable to drop off keys
