Reserved a car, drove 35mins to pickup my car but was told by the store manager that there was a "shooting" and that there was a lockdown and that my only reservation vehicle was damaged and taken away... instead of telling the truth and making up a story to justify her failure as a car rental manager, her next best option was for me to drive another 40mins for the same type of car I requested at the Tacoma Hertz location. Yes.... All rentals charge more for gas. Why? Car is out of service not generating revenue.. Plus employee must be paid to fill it up. Cost of fuel is explained in contract
