Apparently this location was appointment only. Even though the hertz call center directed us here, they failed to mention this and that they'd be closed. When I brought this up to the next call center representative they kind of shrugged it off. Definitely don't mistake this location for full service unless you have an appointment, as there is literally no one from hertz to talk to otherwise. I feel bad for the other business operating here who must have this problem often
Larry has the worst customer service and communication. When I first went in to get a rental while my car was in the body shop, he tried to give me a car with a faulty crash sensor that would not go off and said it’s fine. Said he was speaking to insurance to get the length of the rental extended and now I have 5 pending charges from them
