Mister Larry was great to work with always have had a good experience with them. One thing I think that sets them apart is they ACTIVELY document prior damages so as a renter you’re taken care of. Keep up the good work.
Such a painless experience! Kate (or Katie) deserves a raise! She was so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful and went above and beyond for me when I needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. The rental itself was in impeccable shape, so clean and ran like a dream. Would recommend!
I booked our rental online and paid for it ahead of time, then today my husband went to go pick it up. We knew they would have to put a deposit hold on the credit card we were using so my husband provided that, and they came back and told him the card had declined. Why because they were trying to charge it for 440$ and not the 200$ deposit that is listed on their website, in fact they told him that amount didn’t included the deposit but was for the cost of the rental and the liability insurance.
