I had an excellent experience at Hertz thanks to Katie Lusero. She was quick, professional, and extremely respectful. Katie made the whole process smooth, and I really appreciated her help!
The folks that work here are very helpful & kind. The only thing that is troubling is the $500 hold they put on your debit card just in case. I just don't care for that or feel that it's right for that amount. If you use a credit card it's less. Just be aware of large holds.
