Rented a 7 seater for 7 people flying from Sydney from 6th to 13th July 2025. the rental agreement stated a fullsize SUV 7 seat Mazda CX9 or similar and got a 7 seat Mazda CX8 with only room for 2 small bags, also when I rang to confirm a week or two out I was informed a discount was not added to the quoted charge and they dropped the fee by around $160 but on collecting the vehicle they charged me the full amount. I had the pleasure of being served by Sue, she was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and understanding.
Sue was a shining star; showed up with no reservation yet she still looked after us with a smile on her face!
We were asked to pick the car at 9am and the office is opening at 11am. They could have mentioned in the booking itself.
