Hi I was charged for the rental insurance 117 $ even though I declined to take the rental insurance. I called representative 2 times and the office location . No/poor response. looters Could you please look into it?
Do not go to this hertz rental or any other for that matter. I had the worst customer service experience when I arrived at 8am to retrieve my rental. The representative did not show up to work for another 45 minutes. And this is after I called the phone number posted and the person kept saying that the representative will arrive in 5 minutes and is stuck in traffic. Hertz should just close this location…they always have a reason to either cancel your car or move you to another location….the service here is bad, they call you 30 mins before pick up to tell you they don’t have your rental.
Worst car rental company ever. Keep distance. Hertz takes your money online for reservation and as soon as you are on location, they tell you you cannot rent as soon as you are picking your car because the credit cars you paid with is not accepted.
