I want to share an honest experience with Hertz. The website showed vehicles available, so I called ahead to confirm before heading over. The phone communication was excellent — professional, polite, and very reassuring. I was told you were available to assist, which gave me confidence in making the trip. I would give them zero stars if I could. I made a reservation through Expedia about a month ahead of time to pick up a car at this location at 3:30pm on a Friday because it said they were open from 8-4. I received a second email confirmation just a few days prior with the same information. First, it was very difficult to even find them because the office had no exterior signage and is located inside the body shop at the Price Toyota dealership. They closed without telling any of their customers, then redirected their customers to go to two different Hertz locations. Those other two Hertz had no cars available and could only provide what was in stock at a much higher price. While the people who worked at the other locations were nice, Hertz had a responsibility to inform their clients of the closure and that their reservation was no longer guaranteed.

Can't reach the local Hertz rental agency. I call every day and do not get no answer. It is very important that I reach somebody there because I keep getting an error message saying that no such invoice number exist when I try to extend my contract on my rental car so now they are charging my credit card between 44 and $45 a day which is well over what I was being charged initially.
