Very happy with the service I received and the vehicles provided to me.
The most heartless people i have ever dealt with. I rented a car from them and then they double dipped into my credit card taking more money out of my account without any authority. The girl there who was responsible for this was Ella. The worst part was i went the same day to the supermarket and when i went to pay for my groceries my card was declined because of Hertz Prestons' Actions. I felt lost and embarrassed as to why my card was declined then checked my statement and saw that Hertz took my money out . I am a pensione... read more
