After the rental I received an email stating there was damage to the vehicle. The damage was on the vehicle before I left with it, as I did a walk around video of it before I left. I had to go online and agree I didn’t do the damage and it wanted me to submit time stamp evidence that it was already damaged. Like what, what if I didn’t have the video. Danielle and Brianna helped me exchange a rental from another agency. There were a few things that could’ve went smoother but overall they were quick and efficient and made sure I was taken care of and I’m grateful for that.

Every time I come here the staff is not polite. If there was another Hertz close by I would go to that one. No hi, how are you, have a good day. Nothing. I would be embarassed to have this team representing my company. No personality and they never ever answer the phone and also no apologies as well. They quite literally do not even care. The only genuinely nice employee I had there was someone who filled in because of a call out. He was so polite.
