Friendly staff
Julian at Hertz was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He tried to overcharge us for something that clearly wasn’t our fault, then argued with us for over an hour instead of resolving the issue. What made it even worse was that he raised his voice at a pregnant woman- completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially a so-called manager. He wasted our time, showed zero respect, and clearly doesn’t belong in any customer-facing role. Hertz should seriously reconsider who they’re putting in charge.
Customer service and vehicle selection is horrendous. Workers give zero care towards any customer satisfaction and they don’t clean the vehicles anymore. Pretty disgusting
Chantal was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to go above and beyond so we could have a wonderful customer service experience! This is a 5 star location in my book! thanks Chantal!
