They do not honor their own online reservations and do not bother correcting their web site. I sensed a bit of an attitude as well. The Avis next door is a bit more reliable.

Friendly staff
Julian at Hertz was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He tried to overcharge us for something that clearly wasn’t our fault, then argued with us for over an hour instead of resolving the issue. What made it even worse was that he raised his voice at a pregnant woman- completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially a so-called manager. He wasted our time, showed zero respect, and clearly doesn’t belong in any customer-facing role. Hertz should seriously reconsider who they’re putting in charge.
