Absolutely terrible experience with this car rental company. What should have been a quick 10-minute pickup turned into over an hour of stress and confusion. We were NEVER informed ahead of time that using a debit card required a $500 security deposit. Then the employee kept saying “this isn’t my usual location” and told us that the usual people didn’t come in because they were at a Phillies game and they relayed no information to him. I arrived May 11th at 9:15am . I made a reservation prior to me showing up. The worker ,( he has long hair to his shoulders) came in and pulled up my reservation. When I went to pay I let him know I was using Affirm and asked him was that okay. He said as it's debit or credit and have the funds it should work. When I pulled the card out and told him it's debit he then told me not only do I have to make sure that I have the 500 deposit but also I have to wait 24 hours from the time of the reservation to get the car plus becau... read more
Completely professional, knowlegeable and friendly. Eric & Jeff have been a huge help - several times! With my own car sometimes in for repairs, these guys repeatedly "save the day!"
