Car smelled like weed, cigarettes, or both. As if it was never cleaned. It felt like touching the ash on the surfaces of the car. The guy who took the reservation forced me to bring it back to the same location, which defeats the purpose of even having "branch" offices. I'm returning the vehicle 4 days early and still have to take it back to the same location. Like they couldn't have a driver move it back to their location. SUPER INCONVENIENT. Don't trust them don't rely on this company. I made a reservation to rent with a very important day in front of me and when I arrived they said they could not fulfill the reservation even though they had confirmed via email and text messages the day before.
Replaced my old rental service with Hertz. My only suggestion is that they open sooner.
I had great experience doing business at this location. Eric and other staff members were nice and professional.
The manager is very friendly . My rating has nothing to do with the staff, as they were polite and helpful. THE BAD: THE CARS SMELL HEAVILY OF CIGARETTES. 🤢 We got 2 cars and 1 smelled strongly of cigarettes. The other smelled like cigarettes, marijuana and diapers. They need to enforce a VERY STRICT NO SMOKING policy. Maybe fine them $300 for not abiding and use it to deep clean and sanitize the car.
