Brendon helped me out so much had to travel to Boston all week told him I was worried about the fuel he hooked me up with a Honda ev 50 miles a gallon and drove electric the whole time in city he saved me big time and he made the whole rental process easy for me I will be using hertz for now on thanks for all your help Brendon I got to add Jen. To this to she the manager she helped me out tremendously as well and Jeff just a great crew at the jetport can’t say enough good about this crew

Wanted to give a A++ to Marcus for his service and help while visiting Maine. Marcus was extraordinary in his help in understanding the tolls in Maine and New Hampshire are staffed during times that helped me feel at ease in driving in a State that was totally new to me. I would love for Marcus' manager to call me so I can get Marcus last name to send him a thank you card as well as a small token of my appreciation. I rented a car with Hertz this week, it was a hassle free process and Ali was very helpful, friendly, and very professional. I fly to Maine quite a bit and will only use Hertz from now on based on my experience with Ali! Thanks so much Ali!
