Great rental car experience. Brenden was very nice, helpful and professional. I recommend.
I had done online check-in and everything was ready So this was very smooth.. The only problem is the vehicle is absolutely filthy on the outside. Covered with dead bugs all over with dirty windshield and back window. There was no one to talk to about this. I’ve never received a rental car in such filthy condition. Interestingly, the inside was clean.

This location appeared unprepared to handle non-standard experiences. I showed up with a hole-punch in it, having recently requested an enhanced license required for air-travel. When my license was initially questioned, I asked what I needed to show to prove that my license is valid. I was told three different things, and each time I presented the requested proof, the goal-posts were moved, as if the team was predisposed to deny my taking of the car that I had already reserved.
