Excellent service very polite and friendly and knowledgable explained everything perfectly
In the year of 2026 it’s genuinely difficult to find the level of customer service I received from Conrad and the rest of the PHE Hertz team. As a FIFO regular I can vouch that for most of the rental car companies at the airport are decent but Hertz is a step above. Highly recommend should you require a hire car. Look forward to my next visit. Thanks again.
Not to sure if Clarissa is still with Hertz. But a few years ago I had a really rough time with my personal car and had to use a hire car for about 4 months. Clarissa was so lovely and really helped me out a lot. I am still extremely grateful for her hospitality and would recommend hiring through hertz again. Cheers ☺️
The gentleman running the show today was an absolute delight, friendly, very kind and informative - looking out for visitors to ensure they know the important points of the area I.e road trains. Thankyou, all the other hertz stores should learn from this persons customer service
