Not to sure if Clarissa is still with Hertz. But a few years ago I had a really rough time with my personal car and had to use a hire car for about 4 months. Clarissa was so lovely and really helped me out a lot. I am still extremely grateful for her hospitality and would recommend hiring through hertz again. Cheers ☺️
The gentleman running the show today was an absolute delight, friendly, very kind and informative - looking out for visitors to ensure they know the important points of the area I.e road trains. Thankyou, all the other hertz stores should learn from this persons customer service
