The vehicle was great! No issues there. The staff, different story! When asked if I wanted to pay $14.99 for insurance per day and declining, eye roll received in response. When I returned the car I was told I’d be provided with an email confirmation and did not receive it. I called the next day and he gave me attitude and put me on hold, guess what? Never came back. Easily one of the poorest examples of customer service I have experienced. I tried to pay for my rental with Hertz vouchers (issued by Corporate) and was basically turned away because they had never seen them before and didn’t know how to apply them to my rental. I was promised a call back, and the employees assured me the GM was working on a solution. I have not received a call back, and I’ve called multiple times with no assistance.
