I’ve been a Presidents Circle member with Hertz for years. This is it. I rented an SUV from this location weeks ago. I had a feeling they would screw in up. I tried calling 4 times to confirm prior to arriving. The phone rings and rings, with no answer. I arrive, no SUV. The guy is clueless. Why didn’t he call? This place has gone downhill. I’ve made numerous rentals at this location previously, but now the service is horrible. The last four rentals at this location have been a nightmare. I rented a truck in advance and when I showed up they decided to let me know that they didn’t have a truck available which I needed since I was renting it for work. This Hertz location is an absolute joke. I made a reservation in advance, only to show up and be told they didn’t have a car for me. No phone call, no warning, nothing. Just a smug “we overbook a lot, too bad.” That’s not customer service, that’s a scam. They clearly don’t respect people’s time or money, and they have zero professionalism.
