The most unprofessional location. We you go to pick up, they will never give you a car without notice. Never resposible for reservation. Extremely bad location and they never even say apologize
This location is not within the Hertz Corporate network. It is a standalone franchise and they run this location like it is a someone's personal side hustle and not like a professional business that you would associate with the Hertz brand. They allowed me to make a reservation at 4pm and both the confirmation email and the Hertz app indicated this location closed at 6pm. Overall, it was a good experience. Although I felt like they really pressured me to get the extra insurance. I did not. The car choices were nice and I was treated well.
