First I was promised an EV by Statefarm. When I reached the center, they said they don’t keep EV’s at all. While picking up the car, options were very minimal. The condition of the car was also ok. During drop off I reach on Saturday and was right outside their door at 12.00 pm. There were two people still in office but they said we are closed and come back later. Overall very disappointed and wouldn’t visit this location ever or recommend to anyone else.
They can do nothing at this location. No customer service at all. You have to call there reservations line yourself. They offered no solutions or offer to help. We reserved a car & were promised a car at noon by reservations. My husband called and said that he would be there around 2. When we arrived at 2 no cars were available for us. We were on a very tight schedule. We went across to Enterprise and they went above and beyond to assist & get us a car. Do yourself a favor & do not use Hertz.
U guys are the best, friendly and extremely helpful.
This location is poorly maintained and the customer service is terrible. The woman Krystal has a poor attitude and lack hood customer service skills. This is a bad representation of Hertz Company and I would highly suggest you look at another location to rent from. I reserved a vehicle and once arrived there was no one in the front to greet or assist me.
